High extensibility and low cost with support for C-mount lenses

PLEXLOGGER does not limit your lens choice. Any commercial, general-purpose lens can be used provided it conforms to C-mount specification.
Optimal shooting can be achieved at a cost to match application or subject.

For example, PLEXLOGGER can be fitted to an industrial endoscope.

Also extensible to microscopes

Depending on the lens combination, the subject can be viewed at a magnification of approximately 4,500*1.

Shooting at a broad wavelength range possible without changing lens

The newly developed camera head*2 for a broad wavelength range accepts UV/IR filters on the camera side. High-speed shooting in ultraviolet/near-infrared wavelength range is possible without changing the angle of field.
*2: Camera head supporting broad wavelength range is optional.

A battery unit (optional) is added to PLEXLOGGER!

PLEXLOGGER, a high-speed visual data logger that includes a high-speed camera, now has an optional battery unit that can be used for about 2 h after charging. The battery unit will help a customer in the following situations, where he/she cannot connect PLEXLOGGER to a power source: when video recording is carried out at a place that is far from a power source, when a power supply of 100 V is not available (production sites generally have only 200 V power sources), and when a customer wants to see the rapid motion of an object outside.
By combining PLEXLOGGER and the battery unit, you can conduct synchronized recording and analysis of high-speed video and waveform data at any time and any place and under any conditions.
As the battery uses a small-sized lithium ion battery with high capacity to maintain the compactness of PLEXLOGGER, the main body of PLEXLOGGER together with the battery unit weighs only 2.7 kg. Furthermore, as the battery unit is positioned under the main body of PLEXLOGGER, the installation area does not change when the battery unit is used.
The battery cell is made in Japan with high reliability. The instantaneous voltage of the cell can be inferred from the color of the LED that is on. Moreover, AC power can be used for PLEXLOGGER even when the battery is connected, and there is no worry for a flat battery. (The battery needs to be charged with a separate charger.)
